This is useful for:
Those who would like to test specific workflows or automation in their Help Desk without dirtying their inbox data.
Or those who are pre-launch and need to test specific interactions without having customer inquiries.
How it works:
You can fill in the Google Form with all of the details of your test
You will then receive a test email from neal@growthsupport.io that has the subject line, body, and your choice of an attachment or not.
Why would I use this rather than sending this test email myself?
Since this comes from the Growth Support Domain, you can mass delete the tests based on the email/domain rather than worrying about needing to search for a specific test email of your own.
*in the future, you will be able to choose "batch tests" to send your choice of multiple emails with different subjects and bodies around a specific topic. For example: "send 2-10 different emails regarding general billing inquiries." - this would be to test blanket topic filters.
