I started Growth Support to provide Support Professionals in a scaling business the resources and tools to succeed. To feel that they had the support they needed, and the things they "wish they had" when they started. But it's much more than that.
That's where Sarah Caminiti comes in. With a passion for helping individuals realize their potential and take control of their careers, we've joined forces to help professionals of all backgrounds in Support and Customer Experience (CX).
While Growth Support primarily focuses on developing the skills needed to scale, and grow within the Support function, Epochal Growth will open the door to the world of Customer Experience (CX) and the humans behind the work with a wider variety of topics and experiences.
With Sarah on board, we will be working to bring even more resources and learning to the Support & CX communities to inspire, inform and help Support Professionals to take control of their career.
We help you to understand what’s possible and ensure you have the tools needed to make informed decisions that impact your teams, company, customers, and opportunities for growth.
This starts with the Epochal Growth Series (Podcast Episodes), more regular resources for the resource library, and the start of Professional Services.
