Laura has been in some type of customer service role for 10 years. Starting her career in retail while figuring out what to do next, Laura eventually found that working in Tech was where she belonged. After a few years of being an IC, she was ready to lead a team of her own and is now the Founding Technical Support Manager at a CSP. Leading with a human-centric approach and leaning into her millennial age - she's transformed the Support team reputation as one that is not only knowledgeable but people you want to talk and connect with.
